Attorney June Zhou, Esq. was born in China to an academic family, which reinforced her belief that education is the key to success.  After she graduated from Nankai University in China, she taught at one of the most prestigious Universities in Beijing, China. Shortly after, she came to the United States as a graduate student with a full scholarship. After she completed both her MA in Sociology at Southern Illinois University and AAS in Interior Design at Parson School of Design, She then was admitted to Columbia University as a Ph.D. student with the thought of becoming a professor in China, like her father and her brother who hold several Ph.D. degrees. However, the longer she stayed in the United States, the more she enjoyed the atmosphere of freedom. She decided to stay in the United States and went to law school instead. She was admitted and enrolled to Law School of Quinnipiac University. Along the way, while working at Sears and JC Penney, she successfully completed her Jurist Doctor’s degree. She also earned a Certificate of International Human Rights Law from Oxford University, England.

June Zhou, Esq. is a member of the Florida Bar and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida. She is a Barrister of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.

Ms. Zhou devotes more than 60% of her time to litigation including appeals, civil disputes, divorce, personal injury, immigration & deportation defense. She has appeared more than a dozen immigration courts throughout the country, filed and won many appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and argued before various federal courts of appeals. She also practices administrative law, family law, criminal defense and civil litigation in the State of Florida. She successfully resolved many cases before the courts throughout the state of Florida. Ms. Zhou has built a busy law practice in south Florida. The majority of her clients have been with her for many years. She always believes that one should be a good person before he/she becomes a good lawyer. She is known by her clients for her dedication, hard work, honest, attention to detail and passion for her job.
